XXI INTERNATIONAL TASTING CONTEST “PRODEXPO”

Dear Sirs!

We are delighted to present you Entry Kit for the XXI International contest “PRODEXPO”, Moscow. The biggest and the most prestigious Tasting Contest in Russia. We are glad to invite you to present your wines and spirits in Moscow.

Executive direction: Stolichniy Style Ltd.
Tasting period: January, 23 – 30, 2019
Location: Exhibitions and Fairs complex S/A “ExpoCenter” Krasnaya Presnia, Moscow, Russia.
Awarding Ceremony: will be held at Blue Hall, 2-d Pavilion of the “ExpoCenter”, at 4 p.m., February, 13, 2019.
The Contest awards: Products may be awarded any one of the following: gold medal, silver medal, bronze medal or diploma of approval. In addition, the tasting committee could award some of the best beverages by Main Prize in each tasting category.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

The company (organization) intending to participate shall forward until 25 December 2018 at the latest addressed to Stolichniy Style Ltd. a duly filled up and signed official application form. It is to be done according to forms attached herewith. The application form should be send to the e-mail: az102110@yandex.ru.

The application has to be accompanied by the brief information about products.

The brief information should include the follow items:

• the name of the beverage;
• producer;
• beverages category;
• origin, region and subregion;
• sugar and alcohol content (if there is);
• the year of production or vintage (if there is);

Beverages categories:

• Brown Spirits
• White Spirits
• Wines (still, sparkling, fortified and bio)
• Cocktails
• Olive and vegetable oils

1. Terms of representing samples at the Contest.

   If you decide to send samples in Moscow please contact with organizers by e-mail: az102110@yandex.ru, as it’s very difficult to send alcohol products to Russia.
   Please send your samples till 25 of December 2018.
   
   • 1.1. Each entry must be represented by 2 bottles or boxes of at least 0,5 liter volume.
     In a case of bottles or substances damage by the carriers, the Organizers of the Contest are not responsible and liable.

2. Entering fees for the contest:
   For each entry represented at the Contest a fee of 158 (one hundred fifty eight) Euros must be paid according to the invoice before the 17 of January 2019.
   Invoice will be sent to participant by e-mail just after receiving application form.
